FAI Automotive celebrates Thirty Under 30 award success
FAI Automotive is celebrating the success of Marketing Executive Ryan Farrelly, who has been recognised as one of the automotive aftermarket’s brightest rising stars after being named a winner in the prestigious Thirty Under 30 Awards at the UK Garage & Bodyshop Event 2026.
Organised by Messe Frankfurt UK and sponsored by Comma, the Thirty Under 30 Awards recognise the exceptional young professionals making a significant impact across the automotive aftermarket, celebrating future industry leaders from workshops, garages, suppliers, manufacturers and service providers.
Ryan joined FAI Automotive just over a year ago with no prior automotive aftermarket experience, yet has quickly established himself as a key member of the marketing team through his adaptability, creativity and willingness to learn.
Working across all aspects of marketing, Ryan has helped drive social media engagement and brand visibility while supporting wider campaigns and contributingto FAI’s presence at major industry events. His creativity and attention to detail have also played an important role in the design and delivery of the company’s exhibition stands, helping to strengthen FAI’s profile across the aftermarket.

The Thirty Under 30 Awards were presented by Louise Baker during the UK Garage & Bodyshop Event at the NEC Birmingham, recognising thirty outstanding young professionals from across the automotive aftermarket in front of industry peers, employers and leaders.
The awards form part of the event’s ongoing commitment to championing skills, career development and future talent across the sector.
