Exol Lubricants named as Lubricant Manufacturer of the Year in Yorkshire Prestige Awards 2026 / 2027
Exol Lubricants has been crowned ‘Lubricant Manufacturer of the Year’ in the 2026 / 2027 Yorkshire Prestige Awards, recognising the company’s continued investment, innovation and manufacturing excellence at its Rotherham blending facility.
The award celebrates businesses demonstrating outstanding performance, product quality and customer service, with Exol’s Rotherham operation playing a pivotal role in supporting both UK customers and the company’s rapidly expanding international export network.
Home to Exol’s advanced blending facilities, distribution hub and technical laboratory, the Rotherham site is central to the company’s manufacturing operations, producing high-quality lubricants for automotive, commercial vehicle, agricultural, marine and industrial sectors.
The accolade follows another successful year for Exol, which continues to invest heavily in both its Yorkshire and Wednesbury operations to increase capacity and support growing demand.
Most recently, Exol installed a new blending vessel at its Rotherham plant, increasing the site’s total number of blending vessels to ten, with further investment planned this year. The development enhances production flexibility and capacity while supporting both domestic customers and export markets spanning more than 45 countries worldwide.
Alongside investment in manufacturing, Exol has continued to strengthen its sustainability credentials through initiatives including solar power generation and waste-reduction technology, while maintaining its commitment to producing premium-quality ‘Made in England’ lubricants.
The Yorkshire Prestige Award adds to a growing list of accolades for the business, following its prestigious King’s Award for Enterprise for International Trade, recognising Exol’s outstanding international growth.
