Approved Garages scores a perfect 10 with customers
Garages in the Approved Garages network continue to outperform their competitors in terms of customer satisfaction, according to the latest Motor Codes performance report.
Motor Codes, the government-backed, self-regulatory body for the motor industry, collates information from customer surveys, and finds that an impressive 10 out of 10 customers would recommend their Approved Garage to others, based on the service they received.
And that’s not all. The Motor Codes report also gives Approved Garages a 99 percent customer approval rating, based on over 8,000 completed surveys.
“These figures are an incredible testament to the hard work and dedication of the independent garages in the Approved Garages network,” said Phil Seymour, network manager for Approved Garages.
“Many motorists still believe that they have to take their cars into a main dealership for service or repair work. That’s not the case, and these results show that most would be better off, in terms of the service they receive, using a local, trusted independent garage.”
“These results also justify our decision to publish all customer reviews – good, bad or indifferent – on our website,” Seymour continues. “Not many businesses would do that but the trust we have in our independent members has been entirely vindicated by this report.”
