Suplex springs forward with PACT
SUPLEX has become the latest automotive components supplier to become “PACT enabled” and trade and communicate electronically with parts distributors both in the UK and throughout mainland Europe.

SUPLEX is a leading manufacturer and supplier of original equipment specification aftermarket coil springs. With more than 5000 different part numbers available, the company has grown considerably in the UK and has embraced PACT to further enhance the brand’s presence in the automotive aftermarket.
The addition of SUPLEX means that PACT – the online training initiative from eparts and TecCom – has now surpassed 80 suppliers to be trading seamlessly with more than 2000 motor factors throughout the UK.
Dan White, SUPLEX UK managing director said: “As we have continued to grow both with motor factors and buying groups respectively, we have identified the need to work even closer with our customers and ensure they are able to check stock and place orders in the quickest time possible. Becoming PACT enabled means that we can receive real time enquiries and orders along with other important documents, which saves considerable time and resources.”
Peter Hollowood of TecCom UK said: “Electronic trading through the PACT initiative is now the most popular method of trading in the distribution automotive aftermarket. We have demonstrated, both in the short and long term, the considerable savings that can be made to aftermarket business right the way through the entire supply chain.”
