New WAI brand extends rotating electrics range
WAI has reacted quickly to the launch of its new brand and corporate indentity with the introduction of 15 new starter motors and alternators.
Eight new starter motors and seven new alternators have been added to the range covering 50 vehicle applications. In total, there are more than 5000 references in the WAI rotating electrics product range.
Vehicle makes and models featured in the range extension include: Audi A3; Fiat 500, Doblo, Punto Evo; Ford Fiesta, B-MAX, Transit Connect, KA; Mazda 2, 3; Mercedes C Class, E Class, Sprinter, Vito; Toyota Avensis, Rav 4, Auris, Verso; Volvo S40. S60, S80, V40, V50; and VW Caddy, Golf and Polo.
A highlight of the range extension is a new part for the Ford Transit, 2.2TDCI for 2011> vehicles featuring start stop technology. Comprehensive cross-referencing information is also available.
All WAI products are produced to OE quality and tested rigorously. All products go through stringent validation testing before being released to the market, including: Endurance, humidity, power thermal cycling, vibration, salt spray and thermal shock. Products are ISO9001, TS16949 and ISO14001 certified.
Starter motors and alternators also feature new components from WAI brands Transpo electronics and WBD Bearings, ensuring that the company is in full control of the production process.
Products are supported by a full technical support service that provides comprehensive advice on fitting procedures and in-service issues.
The new references are also listed on both MAM and TecDoc cataloguing systems.
