The Independent Automotive Aftermarket Federation (IAAF) has announced Jayar Car Parts as entertainment sponsor of its Annual Dinner 2026, as the family-owned motor factor celebrates 50 years in business.

Taking place on Thursday 3 December at The Vox, Resorts World Birmingham, the event will bring together businesses from across the independent automotive aftermarket for industry discussion, networking and celebration. The evening’s entertainment will feature comedian Rob Beckett and an after-dinner DJ set from Martin Kemp.

The sponsorship comes during a milestone 50th year for Jayar, which has acquired Independent Motor Factors (IMF) and expanded its network to more than 70 branches, including IMF locations.

As part of its anniversary celebrations, Jayar also hosted trade shows in Spalding and Poole, welcoming visitors from the respective regions and strengthening connections with customers and suppliers.

Jayar’s support of IAAF reflects its commitment to an organisation that champions the independent aftermarket, represents the trade’s interests and drives standards across the sector. Attracting new talent, retaining experienced people and helping the existing workforce develop its skills are priorities shared by both organisations, with Jayar hoping the sponsorship marks the beginning of a long-term partnership.

Mark Field, Chief Executive of IAAF, said: “Reaching 50 years as a family-owned motor factor is a significant achievement, and we’re delighted that Jayar has chosen the IAAF Awards Dinner to celebrate its anniversary.

“Motor factor engagement in IAAF is critical and Jayar’s support comes at a time when we must work together to protect the independent aftermarket, raise standards and ensure our industry is a place where people want to build their careers”

Tom Curtis, General Manager of Jayar Car Parts, said: “We are delighted to be reaffirming our commitment to the IAAF and championing the wider automotive aftermarket by donating our support to this year’s conference and dinner.

“The event is a staple on the automotive aftermarket calendar, and we are excited to be playing a role in celebrating the best of the trade as we mark our 50-year anniversary.”

The IAAF Annual Conference and Awards Dinner moves to The Vox for 2026, providing increased capacity for its conference programme and evening celebrations. The event will recognise achievements across the aftermarket through the AFTAs – the Aftermarket Federation Trade Awards.
